Where can I start! Well all I can say is Beef bootlegger have high quality meats which are from local farms. I’ve been ordering from Stu for a year now! My kids will Only eat beef, bootlegger steaks, which they realize store-bought is low good quality.. I give a 12 out of 10!
I had the chance to discover Beef Bootlegger at an event, and I was blown away. This is premium, farm-raised beef delivered straight to your door—and the quality is unreal.
I tried their Wagyu hot dog and grass-fed burger, both of which were outstanding. They also gave me a steak sample, and that sealed it. The flavor, tenderness, and overall quality were so good that I immediately ordered a full steak package to be delivered to my house.
The delivery was fast—about 2–3 days—and everything arrived perfectly packaged. Even their beef tallow is next-level. You can truly taste the difference in how their beef is raised and handled.

Got a gift card for Beef Bootlegger for Christmas and placed my first order on the 29th. Stu called me on the 30th to address some questions and finalized my order, including a generous substitution for one item that was not in stock. And then he delivered it on the 31st!! He even threw in a few gifts! I tried one of the Wagyu ribeyes from my order on the 1st and OMG!! It was one of the best pieces of beef that o have ever prepared at home. High quality, great taste, 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this company if you live in this area. You will not be disappointed. And Stu is just a really great guy. If you order, tell him I sent you. I don’t get anything in return, but I’d like to see if this review makes a difference.
Beef Bootlegger steaks were the first time I had a truly elite steakhouse quality cut of meat outside of an ultra expensive steakhouse. We had friends over and did a family style spread where we shared a filet, ribeye and porterhouse. No fancy clothes, no huge tips, no dirty uber rides or over priced drinks. Highest quality meat, at home, with our friends. These are truly special products.
Stu… what are you doing to these cows brother? Because whatever it is keep doing it. I bit into a ribeye and had to sit down like I just saw God… Juiciest, most flavorful meat I’ve ever had… my grill started clapping when I put it on. I don’t even need side dishes anymore just give me a ribeye and maybe a chair to recover in. 11/10 would sell my neighbor’s lawnmower for another steak
Hands down the BEST Filet Mignon and that’s saying a lot! We ordered the tenderloin from Beef Bootlegger and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly fresh, and you could immediately taste the difference of true farm-raised beef. The flavor was rich, buttery, and clean, nothing like the store-bought cuts.
